Another Phoebe dream!!!

Phoebe must be able to tell that I'm going thru a rough patch lately, 'cuz she visited me in my dreams again last night. :o)

At one point in the dream I have the door to my bedroom closed, but not shut completely. I look at the door and Phoebe nudges her way in with her nose (like she used to do and like Sabrina still does). I was sooooo happy to see her.

Later I dreamt that Phoebe and I had our own apartment. Sabrina was not with us. She had chosen to stay with her Grandma!!!!! I was devastated, but still happy 'cuz I had my Phoebe girl.

(Sabrina does love her Grandma more than me. It's a known fact!)

It's been very comforting to dream about Phoebe. I've been missing her a lot lately (I always miss her, but lately it's been even more so, ya know?)

I love it when she visits me in my dreams!

In the dream Phoebe, Sabrina and I were out walking. It felt so good to be holding TWO leashes again.

Hunter was my favorite cat today. He's a big boy. Weighs a little bit more than my Sabrina does. He's a sweetie though. Wasn't very playful, but he was very curious when the two of us hung out in the "get to know you" room. He preferred to be held and petted. That made him very very happy. He purred a lot. He would make a terrific companion for someone who lives alone, with no other pets. I adore him and hope he will not be there when I return next Sunday.

Cat of the Week

My cat of the week that I was going to put on here was adopted before I had a chance to post her here.

Her name was Monica. I don't know how old she was, I think about 2 years old. She sat on my lap in the cat adoption room and never once tried to escape. She just wanted to be held. She purred the whole time. I instantly fell in love with her.

I told her about Phoebe and how they would have been good friends (and that all I needed was a Rachel and I would have had a matched "Friends" set!)

I'm so pleased my favorite cat of the day found a home. I hope whoever adopted her gives her lots and lots of love.

Sabrina!!!

Sabrina got a haircut on Sunday morning. She desperately needed one. Now she's gorgeous again.

Not much else going on here, which is good, I think. No news is good news, right?

This and that

Sabrina was sick last week. Turned out she needed her tushy expressed (and that's all I'm gonna say about that!) and she's been feeling better ever since. :o)

My niece Jane is hanging out with me and Sabrina this weekend. I'm really excited. PARTY! We are gonna have fun. Sabrina LOVES Jane (more than me!) so she will be thrilled.

Made plans to go visit my friends in Fargo in January. While I'm there we are planning to get tattoos. This is what I'm getting on the inside of my left leg/ankle area (if you don't watch the TV series "Lost" you have no idea it means and ya know what? I don't care. I'm still getting it anyway 'cuz I LOVE LOST!):
