2009 was a good year for Sabrina and I. I thought I'd take a look back at the highlights!
Don't recall too much about January or February other then I did freak out with it dawned on me that Sabrina would be turning 11 in March and since that was how old Phoebe was when she passed away, I got scared, so made Sabrina go in for a complete physical just to make sure she was in good shape. She's a very very healthy poodle. Thank God!
March was an awesome month. Sabrina had her birthday on the 17th then a week or so later I went to California with my friend Gail. We went to a Quantum Leap Convention. I met Scott Bakula. He was super nice! (I took a couple of Xanax beforehand so that I wouldn't be so nervous around him.) It was an amazing trip.
Also had a chance to see Gary Sinise's band, The Lt. Dan Band while I was in L.A. They were great!
April I began volunteering at the Humane Society. I was a little nervous at first because they put me with the cats and I don't know anything about cats! I still don't know much about cats, but I do know that I enjoy spending every Sunday from 11 - 2 with them.
