January 20, 2008 my poodle Phoebe was diagnosed with Addison's disease. She passed away on June 30, 2008, but in her memory I'm going to keep this blog going.

I lost my little dog, Jesse just two months before you lost your Phoebe. Jesse was 15 years old, and had been with me since she was about 9 months old. My daughter found her running down a busy highway, and brought her home. No one claimed her after a newspaper ad, so she became my best friend. I miss her every single day. Her soft, brown eyes and sweet disposition filled my days with happiness. I have adopted another friend,Nanook, but Jesse will always hold a very special place in my heart. I love your blog.
