House news

Heard from the seller today and she doesn't think she will be out of the house until July 7th. I'm very disappointed, but I did put it in the offer that if she needed to stay in the home 30 days past the closing that she would pay me $25.00 a day. I'm really anxious to move into the house, but I guess waiting one more week will be okay. My Mom made me feel better about the whole thing when she told me that I can use that money I will get from the gal staying there an extra week to buy a small flat screen TV for my bedroom. :) After Mom said that I wasn't so upset. Still disappointed, but the move WILL happen. I just need to be patient! Plus I have July 11th - 15th off from work, so I have that whole week to get the place in good shape. :)
