Phoebe the cat
Met Phoebe the cat today while volunteering at the Humane Society.
She had a front leg amputated because of a tumor. She's deaf. And she is 12 years old.
It's recommended she go to a home where she will be the one and only pet. He last home the other cats picked on her cuz she is deaf.
