I had the day off today because I had gone to see the midnight showing of Veronica Mars. This afternoon my favorite myTalk 107.1 radio hosts Colleen & Bradley did a live broadcast from Rosedale Mall. It was part of their "World's Largest Baby Shower" where they were collecting donations for Tubman. I asked one of my mom friends for advice on what kind of diapers would be best to donate (as I have no clue about these things other than the 6 months I bought diapers for my poodle Phoebe to wear!) I was told Pampers or Huggies so went to Target this morning and bought some Pampers and baby wipes to donate.
I stayed for all 3 hours of their broadcast. I did get up and go into the Foot Locker store that was next to where they were broadcasting and using part of the $100.00 gift card I'd won from the radio station back in December and bought a new pair of Converse! :-)
