January 20, 2008 my poodle Phoebe was diagnosed with Addison's disease. She passed away on June 30, 2008, but in her memory I'm going to keep this blog going.

Quiet day
I've had no need for an anxiety pill because I've had a quiet day at home with my girls. I have not talked to a single human being today. I needed this.
