miserable and I don't know why

Sabrina is doing a thousaand times better today. She was perky this morning. I'm still an emotional ball of anxiety though. I hate my brain. I'm sitting here at work having heart palpitations and praying for my death just to make these awful feelings go away. I'm going to need to take something or my heart will explode. :(
