I will never understand why some people think that work is a social gathering. I'm paid to work. Not chitchat. I little bit here and there I wouldn't care about, but I'm doing twice (and sometimes 3 times) as much work as some of the biggest chatterboxes and it's frustrating. Shut the frak up. "talk" by e-mail. It's quiet and it makes you look like you're working.
